Appointment and Cancellation Policy
- We do not accept appointment cancellations. However, rescheduling is allowed once only, and must be requested at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
- Personal color analysis is time-intensive. If a customer arrives late, the service duration will be reduced proportionally, and the overall completion may be affected.

In the following cases, the service will be automatically cancelled and any payment made will not be eligible for refund or exchange:
1. Arriving more than 15 minutes late
2. No-shows
3. Cancellation or rescheduling within 72 hours of the appointment
- 每位客人最多可更改或取消療程時段一次，並須於預約時間至少72小時前通知，否則將視為已完成該次預約服務
- 色彩鑑定服務需時，如客人未能按已預約的時間準時到達，服務時間會按比例縮減，完成程度亦會相應減少
- 如客人出現以下情況，服務將自動取消，已付款項將不設退款或更換：
1. 遲到超過15分鐘
2. 無故缺席
3. 少於72小時內更改或取消預約服務
1）請素顏出席並配戴全透明隱形眼鏡；即場卸妝/除con亦OK！亦歡迎攜帶日常配戴的眼鏡以供分析是否適合。
2）請攜帶日常使用的化妝品，方便鑑定老師講解、一起進行斷捨離及提供混色配搭建議。
3 ) 盡量穿著白色或淺色背心上衣出席。
4 ) 歡迎盡情發問，鑑定老師們很樂意解答各種顏色配搭相關問題。
