Order & Shipping Details
- Orders should be reviewed carefully before confirmation. Once an order is placed, no changes, cancellations, or exchanges will be accepted.
- Online orders will be processed and shipped within 14 to 21 business days.
- An email notification will be sent when the order has been successfully shipped. The tracking number can be accessed via the "View My Order" section.
- Online orders are not eligible for in-store pickup.
- Membership points cannot be used for Mega Sale orders, and the promotion cannot be combined with other offers.
- Customers are encouraged to download the SF Express app and enable notifications to receive shipping updates.
- Orders will be shipped as quickly as possible. For urgent purchases, it is recommended to visit stores directly.
Other Items
- The "Wake-Up Snapshot" photography service at the K11 store will be temporarily unavailable during the Mega Sale period.
- The beauty room at the Hysan store will be temporarily unavailable and used for Mega Sale activities.
- During the Mega Sale period, welcome gifts, the referral program, and the empty bottle recycling program will be temporarily suspended until the end of the Mega Sale.
訂單及寄送詳情
- 請在下單前仔細確認,訂單一經確認,不設任何更改、取消或退換。
- 網上訂單將於 14 至 21 個工作天內處理及寄出。
- 訂單成功寄出後,系統會發送電子郵件通知,並可於「View My Order」中查看追蹤號碼。
- 網上訂單將不設門市取貨服務。
- 會員積分不可用於 Mega Sale 訂單,且不能與其他優惠同時使用。
- 建議顧客下載順豐快遞 APP 並開啟通知功能,以接收寄送更新。
- 訂單將儘快寄出,若有緊急需求,建議直接到門市購買商品。
其他事項
- Mega Sale 期間,K11 分店的「起床快照」影相服務將暫時停用。
- 希慎分店的美容房將暫時停用並用作 Mega Sale 活動用途。
- Mega Sale 期間,迎新禮品、好友計劃及空瓶回收計劃將暫停至Mega Sale完結。
