WULT Return & Exchange Policy
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order (for online purchases), or within 7 days of purchase (for in-store purchases):

Please provide your Order Number when contacting us. Our Customer Service team will assist you. Membership points will be adjusted after a refund.

Bundles & Promotional Items
For specific offers or promotion events, a full return and refund is required. All discounted products from the purchase must be returned together. Partial returns or refunds are not accepted for these promotions.

Lost Packages
We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for items lost in transit. Please contact the shipping company directly for assistance.

Return Shipping Fees
- Transaction and shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns or exchanges.
- We do not assume responsibility for returned packages lost in transit.
- Faulty or damaged items must be verified by the WULT Team.
- Bundles or sets must be returned in full for a refund.
- Returned product(s) are the customer's responsibility until they arrive at WULT.

Refunds & Exchanges
- No refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered unless the goods are faulty or damaged.
- If the item is no longer in stock, an exact replacement or exchange is not available.
- For special cases approved by the WULT Team:
Product(s) must be at least 50% full and within 3 months of purchase (as per your invoice/receipt).
Refunds will be issued via gift cards only.
Acceptance criteria include wrongly described product information.

Order Cancellation
- Orders canceled or refunded prior to fulfillment can only be refunded via gift cards.
- Cancellations are not available once items have shipped.

Combining Orders & Discount Codes
- Combining orders is not available. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Discount codes must be applied at checkout. No refunds for missed codes unless approved by the WULT Team (refunds via gift cards only).

Returning Online Orders In-Store
Online orders cannot be returned or exchanged in-store.

Final Decision
All final decisions regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges are at the discretion of WULT.

- Orders should be reviewed carefully before confirmation. Once an order is placed, no changes, cancellations, or exchanges will be accepted.
- Online orders will be processed and shipped within 14 to 21 business days.
- When the order has been successfully shipped, the tracking number can be accessed via the "View My Order" section at the confirmed order email.
- Online orders are not eligible for in-store pickup.
- Membership points cannot be used for Mega Sale orders, and the promotion cannot be combined with other offers.
- Customers are encouraged to download the SF Express app and enable notifications to receive shipping updates.
- Orders will be shipped as quickly as possible. For urgent purchases, it is recommended to visit stores directly.
