Items ordered and paid for will ship after 5-14 business days, unless otherwise noted in description of product.
Local Shipping
Your order will generally take 5-14 business days to arrive once shipped.
Hong Kong : SF Express Delivery
Free shipping for order above HK$1500 ／＄30 - 50 will be charged for orders below HK$1500
*The shipping fee has already included all additional handling fee, packaging fee and insurance fee. The shipping fee has to be pre-paid and no cash on delivery services are available.
We will be having SF express in service. You will receive an email notification from us once your order has been shipped. The tracking code will be also included in the confirmation email.

Oversea Shipping
Your order will generally take :
DHL Express : Normally 7 business days to arrive once shipped. (Special Arrangement changes according to their official website)
We primarily ship through DHL EXPRESS. After leaving our lab, delivery time may vary depending on shipment destination. You will receive an email notification from us once your order has been shipped. The tracking code will be also included in the confirmation email.
As the buyer, you are 100% responsible for any customs charges and issues arising from the entry of parcel into your country.

Please be aware that the time frame does not include any unforeseen delays which may occur in transit, such as delays with customs processing, which are, unfortunately, out of our control.

海外運輸
您的訂單一般需要7-14個工作日才能寄達。
我們主要透過香港EC SHIP/ DHL EXPRESS 發貨。貨品離開實驗室後，運輸時間可能根據目的地而有所不同。如你的訂單開始發貨，你將會收到由我們發出的電子郵件通知，你可在以下網址輸入郵件裏的運單號碼，以查詢運輸狀況:

買家需要負責所有海關費用。
請注意，運輸可能因不同原因而有所延遲，例如海關抽樣檢查等，這是我們無法預算的額外運輸時間。

Due to high volume, we can only process orders as they are received. We cannot combine shipping on orders to the same address. All orders placed through the website are subject to availability and acceptance.
由於訂單數量繁多，我們只會如實按照已確定的訂單進行處理，恕不接受併單運輸，通過網站下的所有訂單均視乎供應情況而定。
We cannot cancel orders once they are placed and will only ship to the address provided at checkout. The shipping and billing address must match for security reasons. Delivery cannot be altered at any time.
下單後不能取消訂單，並只可運送至結帳時提供的地址。基於安全理由，送貨地址及帳單地址必須一致，不能隨時更改運輸細節。
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Any claims must be made between the buyer and carrier. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
我們概不負責任何遺失、被盜或損壞的貨品，所有索賠都必須在買方和運輸公司之間處理，運費不設退還。
*Please be aware of customs, duty fees, and taxes the customer will be liable to pay in any destination outside of the HKSAR. We are not responsible for any parcels returned for unpaid fees and will not issue refunds under these circumstances.
